Aluminium alloys are one of the most preferred materials in automotive industry due to their properties such as easy recyclability, formability and high specific strength. 6XXX especially used parts good mechanical corrosion fatigue strength.6XXX cast billets or ingots by continuous casting methods. The subjected homogenization heat treatment shaped extrusion, respectively. During extrusion forming, fibers formed profile direction extrusion.
